Finance & Ops Manager

About the Role

SecUnit is scaling and needs someone to bring structure and discipline to our financial and operational processes. We are looking for a Finance & Ops Manager to own budgeting, reporting, vendor management, and the operational foundation that lets the team move fast.

What You'll Do

• Own financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the company
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and vendor relationships
• Build and maintain operational processes: procurement, contracting, expense management
• Produce monthly financial reports and support fundraising and board materials
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation
• Identify and implement tools and systems to improve operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in finance, operations, or business operations for a technology company
• Strong financial modeling and reporting skills (Excel/Sheets, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and unit economics
• Understanding of healthcare industry procurement and contracting
• CPA or MBA background
