Partnerships Manager
Develop SecUnit's partner ecosystem across technology vendors, MSSPs, consultancies, and healthcare industry organizations.
About the Role
SecUnit is building a partner ecosystem to accelerate our reach across healthcare. We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, MSSPs, consultancies, and healthcare industry organizations.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, MSSPs, and consultancies
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, from initial outreach to co-selling and joint marketing
- Build co-marketing programs, integration partnerships, and channel relationships
- Negotiate partnership agreements and track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
- Represent SecUnit at industry events and within partner communities
- Collaborate with product on integration priorities and technical partnership requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales in B2B SaaS
- Experience building and managing partner programs from early stage
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
- Comfort working across functions: sales, marketing, product, and engineering
- Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple relationships
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity or healthcare technology partnerships
- Existing network in the healthcare IT or security ecosystem
- Understanding of MSSP and channel sales models
- Familiarity with integration and API partnership models
