VP of Sales

Build and lead SecUnit's sales organization, define the go-to-market motion, and close strategic healthcare deals.

About the Role

SecUnit is looking for a VP of Sales to build and lead our sales organization. You will define the go-to-market motion, hire the team, and close the deals that bring SecUnit into healthcare organizations nationwide.

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead SecUnit's sales team from the ground up
  • Define the sales process, playbook, and compensation structure
  • Own revenue targets and pipeline forecasting
  • Close strategic enterprise deals with healthcare CISOs and IT leaders
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to align the full go-to-market motion
  • Represent SecUnit at industry events and in the healthcare security community

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience selling security or infrastructure products to enterprise buyers
  • Track record of building and scaling sales teams at early-stage or growth-stage companies
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement, and negotiation
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and recruiting skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into healthcare organizations
  • Existing relationships with healthcare CISOs and IT leaders
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, and healthcare compliance
  • Background in cybersecurity sales
